After three days of rain , our anglers have had some superb fishing on the Skeena. For three of our anglers it is their 5th visit to Kalum River Lodge.
Each day we have had so many double headers that we lost count. Two of our anglers, Troy Adams and Thomas Beushausen, landed 4 Steelhead in one day as well as a number of other big Coho, Sockeye, Chum and Pink Salmon.
Marcus Ervine, of Santa Cruz, caught every species in the river except for a chinook in one morning. Attached is a photo of a Chum salmon he caught which was a near World Record of over 30lbs (record stands at 35lbs).
Thanks again for the great group of guys last week we are looking forward to next year with your groups already.
