The below itinerary is only a suggested one as there are direct flights departing the UK everyday with British Airways. Should you wish to extend or shorten your stay with more or less time in Egypt, the itinerary below can be tailored to suit.
DAY 1
Depart HEATHROW AIRPORT (LHR) with BRITISH AIRWAYS PM (WT)
DAY 2
Arrive CARIO (CAI) very early in the morning where you will be met by a Angling Direct Holidays' representative and transferred to your 5-star Hotel B/B for a few hours sleep.
Early in the morning you will be picked up from your hotel for a private transfer to Cairo airport, where you will catch your internal flight to Aswan.
On arrival at Aswan airport you will be greeted by a Angling Direct Holidays' representative for a short 10 minute transfer to the lake.
Meet your boat, crew and guide. Depart Aswan to fishing areas. (Note this normally means about a four hour boat journey before you start fishing, giving you plenty of time to unpack and set up all your tackle).
Sit back and relax, as you start to explore this remote wilderness.
Overnight accommodation: 30ft Safari boat, Lake Nasser F/B
DAYS 3 TO 6
Start as early or as late as you wish. Fish all day or take things at a slower pace, the choice is yours. Normally the day would be split into trolling and shore fishing. However if you wish to do more of one than the other our guides are only to pleased to help.
Overnight accommodation: 30ft Safari boat, Lake Nasser F/B
DAY 7
Fishing or relaxing, your choice.
During the day you will be making / fishing your way back towards Aswan. Late afternoon you will arrive back at Aswan where again you will be met by our Angling Direct Holidays' representative for your private transfer back to Aswan airport.
Evening flight back to Cairo where you will be met by an Angling Direct Holidays' representative. Private transfer to your 5-star Hotel.
Overnight accommodation: 5-star Hotel, Cairo B/B
DAY 8
Private transfer back to Cairo international airport for your return flight home.
