Take a trip to the skies with a beautiful balloon ride over one of the top national parks in Kenya.

DIVING

The diving and snorkelling possibilities of Watamu National Park along the coast are highly rated, even by professional standards.

DHOW SAILING TRIPS
Sail on a romantic dhow (traditional Arab sailing boat) in Mombasa, while feasting on a delicious seafood dinner and watching the sun set over the old harbour.

LANGATA GIRAFFE CENTRE
Experience the unique opportunity of feeding the resident Rothschild giraffes from a giraffe-height tower.

GEDI RUINS
Gedi Ruins are found close to both Malindi and Watamu. Gedi (Gede) Kenya was once a Swahili settlement that was founded in the 12th century.

LAKE NAKURU
Lake Nakuru is the site for one of the best bird watching experiences in the entire world. Thousands, sometimes even millions, of pink flamingos flock to Lake Nakuru to feed on the algae-rich alkaline lake, giving it the appearance of being pink.
things to do
A TRUE KENYA SAFARI
Regardless of whether you are an angler, or non angler, no visit to Kenya is complete without a safari. Our safari camps stretch over flat grassy plains and are known for its annual migration of millions of wildebeest, as well as its hippos, elephant, buffalos, hyenas, giraffes, gazelle and lions. Chances for fabulous photos are endless, with many animals coming up close for the perfect picture.

VISIT A TRADITIONAL TRIBAL VILLAGE
A number of tribes in Kenya still live more or less the same as their ancestors have done for thousands of years. You’ll get to meet the elder men who will explain their way of life and the diverse culture they live in.

GO SHOPPING IN MOMBASA
Biashara Street is probably the best place to buy kikoi and khanga cloths. The main city market is the Makupa Market, off Mwembe Tayari. Serious souvenir shoppers should also head for Bombolulu Workshops and Cultural Village, where disabled men and women produce high-quality leatherwork, jewellery and other crafts.

WATCH BABY ELEPHANTS
Play at the Sheldrick Elephant Orphanage on the edge of Nairobi National Park. This is an important sanctuary for orphaned and abandoned elephants, which are hand reared before being re-released back into the wild.
