Hemingways Billfish Competition Kenya

Angling Direct Holidays are pleased to run for the second year its annual Billfish competition and what a place to hold our annual competition for you will stay at the world renowned Hemingway’s, one of the small luxury hotels of the world, while you realise all your angling dreams. Like the tranquil fish rich waters of the Indian Ocean, our dedication to complete excellence in partnership with Hemingway’s washes over you in an un-breaking wave of care and sophistication.
Kenya and Hemingway’s is a great place also for a family holiday. The climate is fabulous, the people friendly and accommodating and the country itself is diverse and beautiful. Therefore, all non-anglers are also welcome to join us on this annual trip.
The competition will be based on a max of 18 anglers; Anglers will fish in teams of 3 making a total of 6 teams. Do not worry if you are a single angler, as we will make teams up at the venue the day before the competition. For anglers who book as a 3-man team you will remain together. The fishing is over 8 days and each team will fish alternative days, therefore each team will have 4 full days of 10 hours fishing. Boats are available for your non-competition days at additional cost. These days make a great way to make new friends by forging new friendships with like-minded people while fishing.
However, do not forget this is not just a holiday for anglers, for each year we are seeing and increasing number of non-angling partners also joining in the fun. Hemingways makes a great non-angling destination as well for there is just so much to do, also why not as some of our customers extend this holiday to take in a 3-day safari at the end. Just ask for details.
