Well after introducing Paul to the fishing yesterday, and getting him his first Tarpon, today he was introduced to something else, the weather! Unfortunately we were unable to get out and fish, as the storm which rumbled around us at the end of the fishing yesterday hit us in full today! With Strong winds and heavy rain, 6 inches of the stuff! Plus a stunning electric storm, I thought it was best that we stayed in, I didn’t hear Paul complaining either!
I would say that I hope its better tomorrow but I am not sure it will be, reports for the end of the week are that we could be hit by hurricane Paula, a hurricane which is currently just of the coast of Mexico, and which has recently been up graded to a category two storm. However fingers crossed it gets blown back out to sea, you can never be a 100% sure about the weather, so we will wait and see before making any fishing plans! Will keep you informed!
