Dave Plummer Florida - Day Three (The Back Country!)

Day three on the keys, and as I said yesterday, we planned a change of tactics today. We headed in to the back country to see if we could connect with something bigger, and the change of tactics paid off, with Rob landing his biggest Tarpon of the trip so far, a beauty of 140lb. Again like the previous couple of days we also lost 4-5 more. We also had some fun with some Sharks today, with a couple over the 100lb mark, with the biggest topping 130lb! All in all a good day, I mean 3 fish over 100lb in one day, cant be bad! Back to the house for some tea, and a well deserved beer. Am sure there will be plenty of fishing talk, as we hatch our plans for tomorrow!
