Costa Rica is a great destination; the fishing, accommodation, food and other activities at this lively resort are second to none. Regardless if you are a single angler or just a small group looking to share you’re fishing experiences with other anglers, this group trip is for you. To start the holiday there is one night in the lively capital of San Jose, Dave or guide knows this area well and will take good care of you showing you around the sights and attractions. Then moving on to our lodge you will have a mixture of inshore fishing for Roosterfish, Cubera Snappers, Jacks etc, before spending days on bigger boats offshore fishing targeting Marlin, Sailfish, big Tuna and Dorado. That’s why in the past years this group trip has appealed to both beginner anglers to big game fishing as well as the pros that come away with us each season.
The resort is Costa Rica's finest Costa Rica Fishing and Ecotour destination, situated on 44 acres of lush tropical gardens with 40 air-conditioned rooms in Puerto Jimenez on Costa Rica's South Pacific Coast (Osa Peninsula). The resort features a top of the line all-inclusive daily menu, swimming pool, hot tub, 5,000 sq foot luxury SPA and a conference centre that accommodates up to 80 people.
Rooms include hand carved furniture and many have private Jacuzzi baths. We also offer our own in-house ecotour department to assist you with tours and activities. Our ecotour department is fully staffed and professionally run by Alberto Herrera, Eco Director. Trips include rainforest canopy tours, visits to animal sanctuaries, orchid gardens, surfing lessons, kayaking, rainforest treks, bird watching, dolphin and whale watching.
As the resort is so family friendly why not bring along any non fishing family? The will love either exploring or being pampered at the resorts spa while you do battle each day with fish, mind you its not uncommon for the anglers to be in the spa after a days fishing having full body massage treatments due to all the aches and pains.
Such a great group trip, great destination with great fishing, defiantly not one to be missed.
